Graham, your float experience story is so powerful. I believe we are so much more than our physical shells - spiritual beings with a container of a body so to speak. There's so much there to tap into. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sure it changed your perspective on life.

I only just listened to this podcast and have to say that not only was it calming to listen to, but the float tank experience resonated with me. When I was in a car accident, I had an out of body type thing happen. A car, from the other side of the road, turned in front of me and I knew I couldn't avoid it. I felt like this is it, I'm going to die. Then time seem to slow down and I felt like a spirit part of me was looking at me, and then drift where peace and tranquillity came over me that's hard to explain. It was quiet and I was happy. I just knew that if my body died, I'd be fine. Everything was OK. I just felt so free. Then, just after impact, my spirit was jolted back inside my body and that peace and quiet was gone. Thankfully I was okay, but I will never forget that feeling.

I am 6 hrs behind in watching your Podcast Graham, because I live on the West Coast of Australia, I really enjoy listening to how you use meditation and yoga in your life. If I was a lot younger I would have benefited from this however I am 76 years old and my body is not what it used to be. I have travelled around the world over the years and Canada was my favourite country, four times I went there and have made 5 Canadian friends, 2 on Vancouver Island where you are living. I hope when this Virus is done and dusted I will get there one more time.Thank you.

I came out of a speed reading course reading slower than when I went in! 🤦🏻♀️. Your floatation tank experience sounded like you became one with the universe for a moment, how wonderful, far deeper than mere meditation, if meditation can be thought of as mere.

Graham, you mentioned meditation and using Grateful Abundance. Is that a video on KZbin or how do you listen to that?
@TimeHasCome4 жыл бұрын
It is a guided meditation from Dr. Joe Dispenza. If you go to his website you are able to purchase many of his meditations. Grateful Abundance is one of them!
