Oh my goodness! Ria, I just recently found your channel. Tassa is my favorite and only place to go for Trini food when I am in Georgia. I make it a point to stop by when I visit my family and I tell all my friends and family about your restaurant. My cousin drove about 2 hours to meet us there last year for lunch. The food is authentic and delicious. One hard to find item is callaloo and it is one of my favorites. You are so friendly and have a great personality. You greet and talk to your patrons. I'm viewing your Jerk Pasta dish. To avoid your pasta sticking i stead of adding oil to the water. Boil your pasta when its ready add cold water to stop the cooking drain and adf the oil stir with a fork and that will prevent your sticking. Hope you try this method . 😊😊
