I did it. I fried wings last night and it was so good I'm flying thighs today. Just like you I don't have no fancy thermometer and I also set my electric stove to 7. 7 is perfect.🤙🤙🤙

Personally, i STRONGLY suggest making a brine with the jerk seasoning & actually adding a good 2 full teaspoons of Carolina Reaper sauce & letting the chicken rest in it overnight to really capture "THAT" signature spicy taste that we are aiming for.
