He's not exaggerating about how weird steering in this game is. You hit the button and the little man STARTS turning the wheel... slowly. It's not like any other game because of the delay, and it's not like the real world because you can't control how fast the steering wheel turns. You just send the order to the steering department and the steering man gets to work
