Holy shit I just started playing this game so I tried reading a lore synopsis and it’s genuinely insane. Nikki destroyed the world with a biblical level oceanic flood then boarded noah’s ark to escape, then time travelled back 680 years to an alt timeline. Among other things she joins a gang and shoots people, goes to prison, gets tortured with experimental drugs, and has to fight off a demonic entity trying to destroy the world through the body of Lilith?? This is just scratching the surface btw

@freezedriedzombi8242 The weapon durability is unforgivable. Realistic weather which means metal weapons electrocute you in rain. You can't climb in rain. Cooking mechanic is overly complex. Link controls like he's wearing roller skates in Vaseline. Without the urge to collect shrines and hunt ENDLESSLY for Koroks, the world is mostly empty with some random points of interest here or there. I'm also saying this as someone that has over 200hrs in the game and never beat it so take that as you will.

Nah, it's the third in a series. It's just that they're all translated weirdly at best. They visual style is based on the second game, in which they somehow perfected the uncanny valley too smooth "ai that's only been fed straight to dvd Disney movie sequels" aesthetic five years before AI actually took off.

Anime games are so lame. Anime, is lame in general. All the "characters" are just templates. With 4 voices that always sound the same. Don't forget the stupid noises they make when there's no dialogue. All and all I see anime episodes that are 30 minutes long are like....15 minutes for the intro/outro, 10 minutes of flashbacks, and 5 minutes of "New" content. I just can't be bothered with any animation longer than 20 episodes.
