Toner needes to be washed off with shampoo or is water enough?

It says to rinse thoroughly with warm water. I’ve used this product a few times now where I’ve rinsed with just water and where I’ve rinsed a shampoo and conditioner and both ways work the same to be honest for me 🥰 x

It’s cools the hair down like a purple shampoo but goes a step further and tones your hair silver (if your hair is light enough) 🥰 x

Followed on your advice and went in dry... DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON DRY HAIR! My beautiful blonde hair is now dark purple 🙁

How strange, luckily it’s a semipermanent toner so should wash out and fade. I didn’t think it was that pigmented to make hair dark purple, must be on how porous the hair is. Hopefully won’t take long to wash out 🥰 x
