Ain’t that the Truth. JGB’s repetoire of songs isn’t just a history of American music, it’s a clear portrait of the man responsible for perhaps the most consistently magical band of all time. If you wrote out the lyrics to all of these songs in one volume and published it anonymously a few hundred years, it might have become one of the great spiritual texts around the world… at least up there with Rumi’s poetry. The sentiments expressed in all these songs represent what the human experience and Spirit are all about. But thank God they’re not just words on paper! There’s nothing i’ve ever heard that’s more Life - affirming than a JGB concert like this one. It comes across the same right here as it did being created. This is powerful stuff… …and maybe right now, somebody is really “ getting it” for the first time. I hope this finds everybody that can appreciate it and especially those who need it the most. This music wll cure you of a lot of nonsense ,turn your day around, and put a smile on ur face.🙂

I’ve been tored up over him since he left us but I did try to get back to him but got pushed up against the front of the stage then I was pulled up + put in a hospital tent but nobody would let me send a note that I was there at this outdoor concert a long time ago !
