Did Jerry just identify (and admit) why the team's running game is better with Rush than with Dak? He's better than Dak at the pre-snap reads and lining up protections. Hard to argue Rush isn't the difference, when you consider the number of OL backups that have played - it's not their continuity. Though it does help that they are focusing on using Dowdle more, he's learned when to set up blocks better.

@@kjrogers65it’s pretty easy to see the difference. When pollard was here it was a significant different and now Rico . Zeke is a terrible running back and to tell a coach you have to hand him the ball 10 times out of 50 to 60 Plays . That’s killing 15-20 percent of your offense .

It seems like Mikel McCarthy realized the winning strategy was not having Cooper Rush try and cosplay Dak and throw the ball 40 times a game, but instead of play behind Rico and CD as your two best players in depend on your defense, which is turned around since Micah came back.
