@FirstElvis14 жыл бұрын
This is REAL Rock 'n' Roll, my son.....These are SOME of the Greats Of Rock 'n' Roll. There are MANY. These are some of the early ones and they are legends in their own time. Their music was written and performed when musical artists actually sung from the soul. Real rock 'n' roll makes me MOVE. I can't help it, I have to move and tap my feet and hum to the rhythm. In the beginning Elvis, Jerry Lee and others were seen as OUTRAGEOUS & SUGGESTIVE. Har har har.

I just saw Jerry Lee at Memphis in May Saturday and it was awesome. Man is old and doesn't kick his foot up on the piano anymore, but he's still the man, played whole lotta shakin and great balls of fire. There was a huge crowd in the rain and they gave him much respect.
@tellinit4real872 жыл бұрын
The time he came from you had to be unique you had to have crazy talent to stand out and forget about lip syncing and auto tuning . Jerry Lee , Elvis , Chuck Berry , Little Richard were all unbelievably talented and their music still stands today.

** I'm 73 years old today and born in 1947 or I think 3 years before Rock n' Roll was born in 1950 so I say that I was already Rockin' for three years because I heard the MUSIC playing in my mother's womb before it happened - I was a born Rocker and stayed that way throughout my music career playing drums in a Rock n' Roll band in the 60's and 70's - now I know that I am eternal because Rock n' Roll will never die, Se'Lah.
