This is the only clip/footage I've found of this (online). I believe it was shown as a short clip, in a Faron Young tv fishing show. Not sure the show ever ran a longer version of this interaction. Hopefully though, somewhere, in some tv or home archive, the full footage of this exists. The world needs great moments like this :

I was born in 71, only knew jerry from the bandit movies. Loved Him. never heard much else. Now i'm older, looked him up, seems dude knew everyone, and played on everything! Better player than most thought, better singer to. He would play with, for, alongside, around, under, over, and in spite of anyone, as long as he could learn something from them( or got paid).

When was visiting in Nashville some meet at fan fair got see Ricky Skaggs in church and family and way in back few others one was farm young son. Faron Young was one of the all-time greatest country singers there ever was, probably third on my list after Ray Price and Johnny Bush, but let me tell you one thing... he left a lot to be desired as a bass fisherman! :) Now Porter Wagoner, he knew how to fish as well as sing!

Jerry Reed wrote one of the BEST rockabilly boppers ever! "Crazy Legs". Go have a listen to Gene Vincent doing his song ( Jack Neal' bass thumping is beyond this world - it's holy ). It smokes and its a fire and will always burn. Jerry was such a great guitar player - how can/could this fact be overlooked? Why is BB King or Eric Caption considered better? Even Page or Beck would shit they're knickers trying to keep up with Jerry.
