@@PureVikingPowers No. My family is normal. This was a FRIEND of the family. We had absolutely no idea about this. We were shocked.
@Steve767773 жыл бұрын
@@NickName-qh9dz I agree. Our initial reactions are shock, cringe, laughing, fear, and confusion because it is unusual and weird. But as a psychologist I see past the weird and look at whether is harmful. Jerry can call it what he wants but I bet if these people were suffering from a biologically labeled mental injury or retardation, no one would say anything negative about their lifestyle. But people tend to forget that mental illness affects the brain too and think that they are just putting on a crazy act or should be forced to snap out of it. Enough anxiety and stress can turn us all into toddlers because it's a defense mechanism. Heightened levels of cortisol are physically unhealthy if it never stops so in order to save ourselves we have to dissociate and stop caring about our adult issues bringing our cortisol levels down. One great way of doing that is reverting back to a carefree lifestyle with no more worries and stressors and just playing. Some may go all out and completely follow a toddler lifestyle. As long as no one is being harmed physically or financially, we do not need to encourage them to change if they are truly happy with it. But yeah the fact they are employed or already have lots of money is a protective factor that keeps this lifestyle deemed harmless. There are probably many adult babies that are unable to support themselves and are sad. These people need help and not judgment because if you had their genes and environment, you would behave the same way.

As an 11 year old kid watching this I thought this was amazing but now having 25 years more experience I have to say that jerry was right not for the reasons of abdl being off putting and creepy but because what it takes from you in the end. In the long run it just isn't worth it. Abdl can mean years of shame and social isolation without alot of return men who can't function as adults and women who have to brultalize and humiliate to feel superior you need to understand that before you turn 18 and sign up for a fetlife page.

People have a right to live their lives how they choose to, however, the guy that left because he was uncomfortable after coming home and found his roommate dressed like a baby, also has a right to decide he did not want to be there anymore, and the woman who make the adults baby clothes, should not be up in his face telling him anything at all, only a mad person will tie up and beat a baby with a belt and forced a big duck in his mouth to shut him up, that is when the neighbour will call CPS, that is more for adult sex foreplay than anything else.....lol,

Mat 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Mat 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Mat 18:5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

You are misunderstanding what it is saying. JESUS is not saying to act like children. It's talking about Obediance and trustworthy. How child obey and listen and do what their parents tell them to do. Same way with Jesus, trust and obey Him always. In 1st Corinthians 13:11. Paul says when I was a child. I thought and spoke like a child but when I became a man I put away childish things

That Final Thought is bull. Here's my Final Thought: This show is just more for shock value than anything. If people took the time to understand the ABDL lifestyle, they would find that it is actually more therapeutic than they think. Everyone has a different way of dealing with things and have different likes and dislikes. As long as no one is being harmed and the relationship between people involved in the ABDL lifestyle is consensual, there's no reason for other people to be judgemental. Let people live their lives as they see fit.
