How do you make the loops with the MT120? Do you block the erase head or record stuff and cut/splice? (I just gone one!)

Hola, puedes aclarar ¿de dónde proceden los sonidos? de guitarra ? sintetizador? ¿Graba primero en DAW y después a cinta de cassette? Un saludo

It depends. Sometimes to DAW but usually sequences on external instruments and then recording to cassette. I like also improvising directly to tape and then pitch it and perform on top of it with external effects.
