🍔 Jersey Jeff Eats | Las Vegas Excalibur Buffet. Bad Assortment. Bad Tasting. Bad Value. Dead Body?

Hello Jersey Jeff Eats Foodies! Today I am back in Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip to check out the Excalibur All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet! To be honest, this is the worst buffet I've been to so far in my travels. The cost was over $40 (with fees and taxes) and the assortment of food on display was not impressive. Also, the stations were not really planned well. There was clam chowder next to oatmeal, cinnamon buns next to pizza, etc ... the layout made no sense. Much of my meal was not hot and dried out. It was so bad I walked out after sampling a few items leaving dessert behind (imagine that)! In the video I joke about a dead body but there was a man laid out sleeping in the booth across from me during my brunch, the staff said nothing. Vegas buffets in general are not what they used to be. I tried the Wynn buffet recent, which is double the price as this, and while significantly better this it wasn't worth the price tag either.

I'm thinking you should have the phone number of the Health Department. Foods on the line are required to maintain a temperature that will ward off contamination and bacterial growth.

Im sure they try to funnel customers to their regular eating establishments. Also what you said profit margins.Buffets are so labor intensive. As bad as that looks I bet people eat iit up. You have a very refined palette Lol You took the hit to save your followers from that mess. Great job

thanks for the heads up. even back in the day when buffet food was outstanding and only cost $15 - $20, I used to walk thru the place and see what they had to offer. if it looked like this place, we went somewhere else.

Going to the Excalibur buffet was your first mistake. You should mave tried Main Street station buffet downtown. Vegas gamblers have a lot more money than New Jersey gamblers so the casinos can charge a lot more for buffets than New Jersey casinos. The casinos can also tighten the screws on machines in Vegas so it is harder to win because Western US gamblers are far richer than New Jersey gamblers so they are less bitter when they lose compared to New Jersey gamblers.
