the bread isnt fresh man. Cheesesteaks at JM are made using the day old bread, until that runs out, then the fresh bread is used

Every sub shop with grilled sandwiches has a manager to train an employee on techniques, but its the individual cook who makes the sandwich great! Your skills are impressive and I'm sure each hot sub you make is consistently delicious!

Lol you got time off? I got a massive oil burn on my finger because my boss didn’t provide protection for cleaning the grill and I still had to work. Probably the biggest bubble I’ve ever had on my skin

Jersey Mike's has some weird obsession with not letting the cheese melt. I know everyone is going to say "it melts while it's on the sandwich." Not enough. Who likes eating congealed cheese? Let the damn cheese melt.
