Matt - didn’t we used to have MAD THIN cut lettuce on subs in Jersey? Like Blimpie’s back in the day was on some spun-thin type lettuce & I LOVED it! My wife used to frequent that very JMike’s bc her Dad fished a lot at Atlantic Highlands (30m away).

Been thinkin' about Jersey Mike's for a while, seein' the praises and the dishes, but after this I'll try it at least once. Looks a lot like the original Blimpie's and if they put enuf oil and vinegar on their top Italian hero, I'm thinkin' it might be good. Not your local deli hero with good Italian bread and imported cold cuts, but worth a look. Plus we have a coupon for buy one get one free, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for sharing this, Matt. Might be our dinner tomorrow night. Lol.

I have gone to several Jersey Mikes and everyone gives you a different amount of meat, some have given me 2 slices of ham where others have given me 4 slices of ham, each place is consistently inconsistent ! It’s a good sandwich (#13).
