Jervis Bay really is an amazing place! The whitest sand in the world, rugged sand stone cliffs and crystal clear water... It was a bit of a struggle fishing and diving, with catches few and far between but it doesn't really matter where your doing it in paradise!
I hope my boys grows up with as many great memories of Jervis as I have when i was a young.

Yet another awesome video Rod. That transition of the track at 11.20 and then the drone footage after is the best I've seen, watched it over 5 times. I think your best video yet!!! Pity about the fishing. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Cool to see some old school music editing techniques in this. I think one reason I subbed a few years ago was your music choice and the way you edited it. It's been a cool point of difference in your output.

Great vid Rod, even though there weren’t any fish except that nice squid with the family, the creative footage was awesome, and I’m always impressed with anyone who can hold their breath long enough to get down and grab a crayfish (or even just its antennas)! Bummer you didn’t get him! Great work as always mate! Thanks for entertaining us!

Hi Rod. For a kayak and land based fishing for bigger fish, do you see a need to go for the high speed or standard gold penn slammer 3? 4500 size?
@rokkitkit
@rokkitkit 5 жыл бұрын
I guess it depends on how big the fish are... 5500 is a good all rounder, 4500 will handle a big fish but will struggle with line capacity if that’s an issue. HS is cool but not overly important unless you need to retrieve super quick 👍

Laws must be a lot more lax in Australia. That kid would never be allowed to clamber all over the place in UK, He would legally have to be strapped in.
