Romy Eliza hey I have 8 piercings (I have my firsts, seconds and thirds on both ears, my conch and my forward helix) and all my lobe piercings stopped hurting after a couple days, then were fully healed after a few weeks, the cartilage ones took quite a bit longer to heal completely though, hope this helps :)

so true! just watching the lady using a gun makes me feel uncomfortable. those things are full of germs and super unhygienic as the gun itself is not sterile, plus it's really bad for the body as the earring is not as sharp as a needle and is basically rammed through the earlobe, whereas a professional piercer can be more deliberate in creating the puncture. hope it heals well nonetheless, but next time please consider visiting a professional piercing studio.
