To answer your mum’s question about viewers with cats - my cat watched the screen for about a minute when I started playing this…and then immediately went back to sleeping/licking her butt. Completely uninterested. I’m sure every cat is different, but honestly felt very on parr for my cat lol

I always had two cats, and actually cats are very, very social - but just like humans, they don't get along with everyone, they want to choose their friends ;) And I sooooo love to see you and your mom playing this game! Also, my cats are never interested when I do something on my PC so they did not try anything while I was playing.

Is there a game where there's a cat and a dog and they have to work together? when momma cox said some dogs can open doors my brain instantly went to: what if a cat and a dog had to work together and the dog could open doors and the cat could reach small places and jump higher and stuff and you had to do these puzzles together? that would be a great game!

My cat was so mesmerized by the ingame cat it stayed there watching the tv for hours and sometimes it would stan on its hindlegs and start touching the screen it was so fun watching him be so captivated.

So. I don’t have cats because cat litter is just not it for my allergies. But my dogs love cats. Like as in they love to be around cats but they are big boys so normally cats are like “no” BUT I have played games with dogs and other animals. This one the only game where the dogs were like “let me get that screen” and for the first 45 minutes of this game they went ape shit. Very good game. Very well made.

I love this game but if they think you could get a cat to follow lights or arrows or pretty much anything that it's moving you don't know cats. If there were laser pointers on the cameras that would work, probably. English speaking cat? Seems to be what the game is saying. Enjoy the playthrough Jesse and Jesse's mom. It's a neat game.

My cat used to be able to open doors, she would jump up and hang off the door handle until it opened for her. Was a very loud process, especially in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. She's a bit too old and less athletic so can't do it any more sadly :(

Going to put this on the big TV to see how Clancy & Marley (my cats) react, not holding out much hope for Clancy though, he's still traumatised from the Khajit he saw on the Skyrim creation screen (wide-eyed, unblinking, unsettled, meowed at it until it was off the screen). I feel like he could tell it was supposed to be a cat and he did NOT like it. Marley did not so react much but she smacks the shit out of anything on the TV she doesn't like especially if it zooms in too close. Made the mistake of watching Breaking Bad when she was sat on the TV stand and a zoom-in on Gus Fring's face for a profile shot made her slap the shit out of his nose. This'll be fun! Also looking forward to Mumma Cox, I'm only a few minutes in so far and I can tell I'm going to enjoy it. :)

My cats responded to the meows initially, came running to look who was intruding on their home. Eventually they settled in and watched the game from my desk. Also my cats can all open doors so long as the handle has some grip, a lever style handle, or if there's a rubber cover on it for people with weak grip's.

Also another funny story when you're talking about opening doors as a cat and then shortly after about dogs. My dad has 3 dogs. Two of them have learned to open doors (They're all medium to large dogs) See this is a problem when you live in like the middle of no where montana though (Ya know where there's bears and shit) especially because the dogs haven't learned to close the doors behind them. Well now he only has door knobs instead of handles

Well for reference my younger cat responded to the cat calls in this game and the older one didn't care much and my two cats do play together, this mostly consists of chasing each other
