So apparently Roy Keane is a representative of a certain English culture? Nah mate, he's just a person that doesn't get carried away in sensationalism like most pundits do. If anything, Irish or Scottish pundits are much more that way inclined than the English. His bitterness is because US culture is so much the opposite. Maybe he's better off staying over there!

What difference does it make? Roy’s apparent negativity brought him great success in the game whereas Marsch’s ability to “believe in himself” got him the sack at Leeds within 2 years

@Ooth9999 He wasn't negative as a player. Hated losing would do what it takes to win games. A bit negative as a coach, fell out with players, wasn't offered big jobs as a coach. Can't adapt to some of the 'modern' players and has my sympathy for that. Good pundit but a lot of Sky Sports and other sports commentary is clickbait negativity to increase their audience for advertisers.

Roy talks the talk, but the fact remains he’s only a football pundit because he can’t get a managerial job. He’s been out of management since 2011.
