It's fantastic how serious Davis and Jirard are about winning this game compared to the other ones, it makes it that much more fun to watch. :P Although I do wish there was enough time for everyone to be the bachelor, but then again that would've been a 4 hour long video at the speed they play the game. :P Maybe a post-CoxCon video where you all get together and play it again? that would be great.

50 fps better than 30. Its a uk video thus is more likely to have 50 than 60. The AC frequency in Murica is 60Hz, in the UK its 50Hz. Old TVs used to run with 50Hz in gb and for some reason they adopted that framerate to the future... you will now find this framerate on cameras really often. TL:DR UK Cameras record in 50fps

A lot of the European power grid is on 50 Hz AC, so when TVs became popular, they'd use the 50 Hz for the cathode ray, instead of the 60 in the US.

Maybe for nostagic reasons? compatibility maybe? 48 would make more sense as it would be double the cinema film framerate so it would be easily convertible to 24.

The frame rate is controlled in modern sensors and panels with software. The reason is just compatibility. if you try to play 60hz material with 50hz tv either movie will be longer or movement won't be smooth since tv would need to drop frames. Movies are usually recored in 23.975 fps per second when they are converted to european dvd or bd the fps is usually increased to 25 fps. So in europe movies are about 4% shorter in time.

So, here's my problem with this game. It's all about the red flags. You win or lose based on the red flags, because rarely will the perks make up for a bad red flag which makes the perks completely irrelevant.

Well. Not completely. A game with only "which downside is least bad" would just not be funny. The perks lay the groundwork for all that humour with trying to "sell" the persons and such.

No doubt. And I believe that that will be the case in 99% of the cases. At least. But the FUN came from the juxtaposition of the perks and the downsides. Without either it would just fall flat. And I do believe that the gang had serious fun there. I know I laughed more than I ever do at KZbin videos.

TheCalenestel Oh, I agree that it's funny, but pretty much all of the fun comes from the shock factor of the Red Flags since they have nothing to do with the perks. Even Cards Against Humanity is still fun for a couple of times with the same cards because you combine cards to make a full set.
