I use the Dark Brown Root Spray to tone down the shine on my dark brown wigs. Regular dry shampoo leaves a white cast and the brown version isn’t much better. It comes out in large droplets as well while the L’Oreal Root Spray is such an ultra fine mist.

Thanks so much! I have two rooted wigs but the two I have on order are not rooted. I am certain I will want to add rooting and this looks so easy. Do you refresh the spray every time you wash your wig? I have never used the spray before. Thanks!

Yes if I wash the wig I refresh/redo it. But you usually are washing your wig every 20 wears so it last a good while

You could do it like this and then go to the lower layer if you feel like you need to but she will probably be super cute doing it the way I did this one.

It can wash out some but usually on the blondes and light colored wigs it stains them.

yes! also if you keep touching it, the color comes off on your hand.

I haven't had issue with transfer once I brush it out really well and let it dry. It will wash out if you take some wig shampoo and water to wit and rub it out.

No but I now need to go make a video doing it! You can absolutely do this on a bang unit if you want to you just need to protect the rubber area so you don’t spray it and have no part. I would use a Qtip and lay it over the part line when your spraying. Video will be coming soon! Thank you for this question. 😊
