Honestly, these drills are so effective you can do them without the basketball. But with the ball is next level! Hands down to you coach for doing this 🙌🙌! Happy birthday!!

Yep they're helpful for much more than just the dribbling aspect. Thanks!

I've bought Ben's book 'Knee Ability Zero' after I'd done hours of due diligence checking out experts from physicians to trainers to opinionated podcasters who are unafraid to call out frauds. His synopsis is sound and ground breaking I'd advise anyone to take a leap of faith and try his methods. Ben Patrick is the real deal.

@joseph-oh9dg2 жыл бұрын
You don’t have to do them directly before or after your workout but if it’s the only time you can do it, I’d do it after because it could tire you out enough to negatively affect your workout.

4:55 idk how to do this one cause my legs just doesnt get any stimulis *HELP*
@GetHandles3 жыл бұрын
Few things from my experience with them and advice I've heard from Ben. 1. You'll likely feel the burn as you get to higher repetitions 2. Put your feet further from the wall for more challenge 3. It's harder with shoes on 4. Make sure you're pulling your toes up as high as possible and holding for a second
@adichunduru95913 жыл бұрын
@@GetHandles 4:55 I literally felt a very serious muscle burn 🔥😫😳
@joseph-oh9dg2 жыл бұрын
If you can’t do it at all you can go insanely close to the wall and can even do half reps and you’ll still feel some burn and work up to full reps further from the wall. Or if you’re able to do them but not feeling anything, you could move further from the wall, hold at the top longer, do more reps, or get a tib bar and use that

WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS ENOUGH I NEED ANSWERS NOW
@davidhall4401 Жыл бұрын
Because some don't know about this and a lot of guys who are successful already don't feel like they need it. Furthermore, there are still a lot of old school coaches out there that believe this stuff will happen naturally if you just get low without the fundamental understanding of how to get low. This is very useful stuff and Ben Patrick's explanation about the planted behind the back versus the whip through behind the back is very useful in terms of basketball iq needed to beat someone to a designated spot.
