If you want to play basketball like a pro, do this quick ball handling routine every day.
You need to be able to dribble the basketball with ease to create shots, layups, and assists for yourself, and ball handling is something that can be developed ANYWHERE.

I'd say Ball on a String is actually REALLY different with the type, amount, and progression of the drills, as well as the effect they have on ball control. It's also way more in depth. This is more like a daily minimum workout.

This is so useful! I'm 15 and had been playing basketball at ages 9-10 but then got Ill, I've just started getting better and basketball has always been something that I love, it's like an addiction so going back to it and not being as good as I was before has had a huge impact of my ego but these are helping me keep going because it helps me believe I'll one day be able to be as good (and hopefully better) than I was those years ago.

Kyrie has the best handles no question, he arguably has the best handles ever. He’s so crafty, and shifty with his handle, you can’t predict what he’s going to do next. Plus, he has a variety of different moves, from the through the legs dribble to the shamgod and has counters to them also. 🔥 vid btw💯

Rack MC For sure bro, AI had, hands down, the best crossover, he exaggerated it so much, and he leaned his whole body one way then crossed over the other way, it was nasty! He even crossed the GOAT💯But in terms of handles and combination of dribble moves, Kyrie is the best, he has every move and counter move in his arsenal
