Why is the prosecution asking questions that could help the Defense team?

One thing that I don’t miss about The Deep South: referring to women as “Miss (Insert First or Middle Name).” It strikes me as anachronistic. RIP Jessica Lane.

My personal belief is she mumbled “eh rek” for “a wreck.” Just my thought on it.

Aww, thanks, that's so sweet!! Yeah yeah, I know, Keri ain't me, or my name, and I'm even not a lady. And you've never seen me. All true But I'm taking it as a compliment directed to me anyway, coz I need it right now bad enough to steal it and pretend it was mine I mean, you've already admitted you've never seen me, so there's no reason why you couldn't have meant me. So it's true, and the compliment is mine I'm beautiful, thank you for telling me, and for admiring my shine! 😘😘🤣

So, did they ever find out who the man in the woods was? Also, the prosecutor is trying to say that the man on the road that the lady picked up was Quentin. Why didn’t they just ask her if she could identify the man she picked up. This case has me confused. There is no way, at this time, that I could find this man guilty; too many unanswered questions..

In a case like this I feel that small details are needed to make all decisions, I as a juror would want to know if the fireman actually saw the slice of pizza or whatever it was

I just feel like most of the “evidence” Is just a bunch of ramble, nothing concrete about the actually murder that’s in question.

I am by now means saying that i 110% feel Tellis is guilty not guilty, but i just don't see why he would kill her? it doesn't make sense.. i get some of his actions are a little suspicious but its not proven that he killed her or was even at the scene of the crime. So i cannot wish a life sentence or that death or life is him. I feel bad for both families involved.. this is their child and no matter how one plays out their families are both hurting. But i am leaning towards NOT GULITY until they can prove he was found at the crime.. why didn't they test these lighters for DNA? i don't understand that.. also i don't get why this girl shows no head wounds, no violent things done to her body, no evidence of blunt force trauma, rape, choking, nothing... so how is that this girl was supposedly burned in her car? Like how was she restrained in her car? Theres no evidence of her being tied or anything.. I don't get it. why was she coming out of the woods? I feel there's something not right.. I read a comment from another girl that she may have been intoxicated and set herself on fire.. i dunno what is going on.. but i do know there's no evidence that Tellis has done this. Yes again, his actions are suspicious but as a "juror" the rule is to "find them guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" or "not guilty".. and not guilty is my opinion on this case.. and this is based on his first trial. i watched probably about 10 hrs of his first trial and so far nothing new.. Not guilty is this mans verdict and to find the real killer. Unfortunately this shitty case these ppl and investigators have done we'll probably never know, unless the return with guilty which is completely no facts from the evidence.

MIZZ*SAVY* PRISS*LLX She couldn’t have done it to herself. Her keys and phone aren’t damaged by smoke or fire and she was in her panties. What gets me is the driver’s side door was open showing that’s how she got out. The passenger seat was still reclined and QT had burns on his arms and butt but they didn’t mention it in trial. Maybe because they didn’t suspect him until 5 months later so they had time to heal and come up with a story. They mishandled all evidence in this case. It’s just sad.

She sold drugs, maybe on someone else’s territory. I think there’s a possibility it was no accident she meets a couple of new guys... she takes a liking to one.. she meets up with him that night under the pretense of a sexual encounter... strips down to her underpants, gets back into the car ... and bingo sprayed and set alight as the perpetrator leant into the car. In panic and pain she has got out of the passenger door and ran blindly into the bushland and was seen coming out in that state as the first responders got there ...
