Yea it seemed kind of fishy how and as to why she was voted out and had to be saved at that time. Something wasn’t right about that. Not only that, fans were getting upset at Idol at the time not because of Jessica not winning but because of Philip Phillips winning because he was the fifth person who was quoted as WGWG which meant White Guy With Guitar winning American Idol at the time. Some feel this was clearly had to do with racism. However people didn’t realize this but American Idol had at this time so many young girl viewers which was why boys were winning the show. Some also believe that gender issues were also the reason. Young girls were voting for boys way too much because they obviously don’t vote for other girls. Most of them voted because they are boys and thought were cute. Really great talented singers definitely got the raw end of the stick on Idol but so did those winners too because most of them weren’t successful after their victories. Philip Philips I think was the last winner that even had success and it wasn’t highly successful for him compared to other winners. I also think that Idol kept wanting a guy to win to success because most of the guys on Idol who didn’t win achieved better success than guys who won. Look at how successful Adam Lambert and Chris Daughtry was no less. But nobody will ever have such fine success as Carrie Underwood has because Carrie Underwood found achievement when Idol was in its prime. Male singers who won didn’t find achievement compared to females who won. Especially Carrie Underwood who was the most successful.

Bill Wallace TPTB wanted Phillip (who should've have made the top 7) to win while the people wanted Jessica to win. The competition was rigged in Phillip's favor. The top four singers of all time on American Idol are Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, Kelly Clarkson, and Haley Reinhart. Scotty McCreery and Phillip Phillips are false winners. The former was all fanbase no talent. The latter relied on TPTB backing.
