I'm trying hard not to cry from watching this. I don't know if it's an eating disorder, mental health illness, drugs or what. Nobody knows what someone is dealing with. My mother just passed away last month and there are days when I'm extremely not well mentally. I never tease or make fun of anyone because you never know what it's like to walk in someone's shoes. I had a friend who started getting sickly thin and was able to be there for her and give her extra support. Never would I have told her keep living your best life because she clearly was not.

There is a difference between hating and worried. *Many of us are genuinely worried because she looks unwell.* Telling us that it's her business is like saying it's a drug addict's business and we shouldn't try to support them to get help. She has a history of ED. She looks like she is n the throes of an ED episode. As someone who has lived and struggled with ED most of their life, I can tell you that this disease is lifelong. Even when you are in remission and you are always on guard for triggers. Setbacks are going to happen, the healing of it comes from knowing your triggers, and learning how to manage them to get back on track. This isn’t something to be ashamed of, however….sometimes we don’t always know it’s happening right away. I am praying that she truly looks inward and is able to see what people are talking about. And I have only seen concern for her health, not hate. But when you have ED or any kind of addiction you do acquire blinders so that you don’t have to face the fact that the disease has taken over again.

Yes you’re correct!!! !! If you recall Anna Nicole smith before she passed lost a ton of weight looked good ……..BUT she had trouble talking…. Meth mouth. She was taking methadone as well as lots of growth hormone for weight loss….. Jess is scary thin…. I have been in the fitness / nutrition arena over 35 years It’s easy to spot people who are foisting the unhealthy way….over dieting, over exercising, etc. many addicts and “anarexics” fall in this category. It could be damage from previous use. Alcohol in particular can cause permanent brain damage that leads to slurred speech. We don't know.

I’m not at all concerned about her weight/appearance- it’s the slurring of words, body language & facial expressions that are bizarre. Her weight is only an issue in as far as if it’s effected by her sobriety, if that makes sense. Weight fluctuations are often more of a symptom of an underlying issue. I just GENUINELY wish her the best of health - mentally & physically.

People have sensitive spots in their life that would make them defensive or feel insecure, including you I’m sure. This is not an indictment of Jessica's appearance, this is an expression of sincere concern for her well being. It would be disingenuous to ignore her appearance in the initial video as well as her rebuttal video. Let me be clear this is in no way a reference to her weight , I am referring specifically to the vacant appearance in her eyes. It looks like someone who is possibly under the influence of something , and it doesn't necessarily have to be alcohol. With that being said something definitely seems off, and it is concerning. At the end of the day whatever she is struggling with , she has a right to deal with it privately. We only wish for her a sense of peace , happiness and health and hope that sobriety is part of that journey and we are sending her healing energy to that end.
