Thank you! It is very similar to Essie Ballet Slippers which used to be a favourite of mine, but Essie is not cruelty free so I no longer use them. You don’t want to wash them with water if you have a spare pastry brush use that to brush off the dirt

Thanks so much for watching! You can definitely slice and freeze mushrooms, however, I wouldn't recommend it just because the amount of water that then comes out of them when cooking really throws off the texture. I also wouldn't wash them because they soak up the water and again it ruins their texture, I just wipe them over with a very slight damp cloth before cooking ☺️

Just my local supermarket, Tesco! I find most supermarkets have them in the fresh herb/spices section - otherwise you should be able to find them in any Asian supermarkets- hope this helps! Thanks for watching ☺️
