Your creativity really knows no bounds, its so inspiring. The Millo blender looks really cool - always think your pots/pans look great too. You're obviously so incredible at cooking/brainstorming recipes and must love eating healthily and being disciplined, but is there ever any times where you just crave like vegan junk food or takeaways? Sorry if you've answered this at some point before. I'm still working on cutting out animal products in my life at the moment and I think a lot of it comes down to lack of motivation/preparation or giving in to temptation when I feel like comfort eating. Just wondered if you've ever battled similar issues. X

I do love cooking from scratch at home as much as possible (cooking is my therapy!), I think it’s the healthiest way to eat - I became a lot more experimental in the kitchen when I went vegan, especially since I was living abroad and no vegan options were available at the supermarket/restaurants so I had to learn to cook everything from scratch in my early 20’s. That being said, it’s all about balance and I enjoy vegan junk food/the occasional takeaway too of course! I love eating out and finding new vegan food spots, I tend to post that more on my Instagram! My advice would be to just take it a step at a time and introduce vegan alternatives to replace what you’d usually eat - there’a a vegan option for absolutely everything now so try new things and find what works for you! I hope this helps ☺️

It’s easier to blend the nutritional yeast, Dijon and nutmeg etc. into the milk, as opposed to using a whisk and it’s quicker too! It’s not annoying at all, so simple to use! Thanks for watching ☺️

Maybe I could have explained it better in the video, but on one side there are 3 automatic blending options (silent, pulse and smoothie) then opposite side of the base is the manual speed setting, you just tap it and slide your finger in an anti-clockwise direction around the base to control the speed then lift your finger off and it continues blending at that speed for 60 seconds and you can lower the speed by sliding your finger back in a clockwise direction - or you can control with the app! It took me a couple of minutes to learn how to use it, but you quickly get used to it!

I think it's all about balance, everything in moderation and it's great to support vegan products if we want to see a more vegan-friendly world, that being said I love to cook from scratch at home as much as possible and apart from a little vegan parmesan on the lasagne (which is made from coconut oil), I didn't really use any processed vegan 'meat' or processed foods in this video? 😄
