Can you please do a video about all of your bakeware/cooking utensils? It’s overwhelming and hard to tell what items are truly non toxic.

Love that you use real, whole milk in your oatmeal and do not mention the fat percentage of the turkey (such as being lean or not) as well as calories. Your what I eat in a days are the only ones I watch: great wholesome, filling ideas to nourish my body and mind! The caring vibes are immaculate.

Hahah the chilli!! Yes!!! You’ve had me on the chilli train for years! I’m so og you weren’t even engaged when I started following you. It’s so cool because we’ve hit all the milestones of life around the same time over the last like 8 years haha!

I love taking a peek inside your beautiful life! I’ve followed you since long before you were pregnant with that precious Hayden. I love seeing the progression of you and your family. Btw, I took a nutrition class in college many years ago(thinking it would be an easy A.) I dropped that class as soon as they got into the chemistry part!! It was very difficult. I’d love it if your class will be easy to understand. 💕 also….what collagen powder do you use? I’m on the hunt for a good one.

I think she was using Vital Proteins unflavored protein . Believe it's collagen protein. Might be wrong but just what I gathered.

It is the Vital Protein unflavored. It’s my favorite one. You can purchase at Costco for a few dollars less then at the health food store and the canister is bigger.

Thanks for the oatmeal tip! I love oatmeal but I never eat it because I always get shakey or don’t feel good after. I think I need more protein so I’m going to try this!

Oats never fill me up enough either. I need protein.

Love your “what I eat in a day” videos! Was that marine collagen you put in the oatmeal? Also, did you make that vegetable soup? It looked really good. Can you share recipe or where it’s from?

Do you find your eggs hard to peel? I've always been told fresh eggs are harder to peel. My hens just started laying a couple weeks ago and I haven't tried to hard boil them yet
@cassandrasmom3 жыл бұрын
Fresh eggs are a pain to peel. I set some aside for about a week or so and then boil & peel them. It’s way easier that way.
