I'm not even vegan and I love these videos. Im just looking for healthier options and also trying to get into the habit of taking lunch to work, and Jess always helps making meal prep easier and super fun. In fact, I subscribed to Jess when I was 14 I believe. Now I'm 19. I'm never one to comment on my favorite content creators videos but sometimes they make me stop the video before finishing it just to comment how appreciative I am of their videos and of them in general, just like Jess.

What could you use instead of (silken) tofu in the fritters?

You could add in grated carrot and/or potato! Just make sure to squeeze out as much of the water from the grated veg as possible! Hope this helps ❤️

Are those the gf sweet potato wraps? If they are, I’ve heard people choose them because of their low calorie content, which doesn’t seem to be your vibe (thankfully! No these ones were actually tomato & basil wraps, they’re more flavourful than the plain wraps but I have tried the sweet potato ones before and have enjoyed those too, though I wouldn’t choose them just because they’re low calories! Thanks so much for the lovely comment and for watching! 💕💕

How do you make tempeh taste good? I honestly can't stand the taste 😭

These chunks in water are much better tasting than the blocks in my opinion! But for the blocks, I usually boil them for 10 minutes then marinate! It’s all about putting lots of flavour in to hide the taste tempeh often has, so marinating for 1-2 hours minimum works really well at masking the taste! Hope this helps and thanks for watching 💕💕
