I'm glad I found this video ! I'm going for a final interview for a new job tomorrow. I'v been less than gainfully employed for a while. love the ideas, and if someone doesn't have a bento box they can use regular meal prep type container and put silicon muffin cup liners as small containers/separators. I have done this putting nuts and things in the cups.

I have always wanted to have bento box styled lunches, and always thought that bento boxes were full of rice which isn’t keto friendly. To know that someone does keto with bento boxes I’m obsessed! Buying my dream bento box now :) 🥰💖 loved your video!

Another idea for the devilled eggs might be to put the filling in a small zip lock bag with a hole at that tip...that way you can build as you eat and less mess in the lunch box.

I’m new to your channel and have just watched this. I have bought myself a bento box, about a week ok. I love it. I’m not doing keto, instead, I’m fasting. Here's an idea to get your salad dressing into the small hole on the bottle buy a syringe without a needle maybe a medium size and that would make it easier to put in the bottle

There's very little fat for these recipes to be keto. On keto, you want most energy coming from fat, then comes protein and only about 20% (actually, that's maximum) should come from carbs. To me, it seems that your recipes are rather low-carb, low-fat. But that's okay, they still look delicious. I just wanted to mention the difference because I used to be on "keto" (or at least I thought so) doing similar recipes like you. It did work, but then I found out that fat is what should cover /and that's where you can find different opinions/ like 60-80% of all your energy! Even though I was shocked and thought that was too much, I did try it - and I can tell you that there IS a difference between real keto and low-carb. I feel incredibly energetic (I mean I have so much energy like never before in my life), I feel very physically strong, and my weight keeps just falling off of me. I live in Europe and in the metric system, I have lost 8 kilograms in two weeks! But as I said, your recipes look amazing. They are just rather low-carb than keto. But that's okay. I don't mean to criticize at all. I just wanted to tell other people the difference between real keto and low-carb. Both are amazing lifestyles, both bring incredible health benefits and both give you that energy boost, lower your blood glucose, help with diabetes, help you lose weight effortlessly, etc. I can't even name all of them because there are so many! Thank you for your videos and please, don't take this comment as criticism because it is not meant to be at all. The video was very nice.

Hi I loved the video! I’m debating between the expensive black bento box you showed or the cheaper pastel colored one that I found on amazon, but I wanted to chose the one that does not spill! Which one did you prefer?

Honestly, the green one holds up really well! Even though the two layers are thinner than the bottom layer, you can still fit a decent amount of food with the top layer because the lid gives it more room. I haven't tested out how leak proof they are, since my husband takes a lunch bag with him, but the cheaper bento box is still great quality!
