They should plan their trip next time around summer so they can have the best chance of having a nice weather. Once 'ber months kicks in, it rains pretty much everyday. It doesn't matter if the rain only lasts 15 minutes or so, it. will. rain. Well, at least that's what I've experience in the past few weeks here in our province, South of Luzon.
