When you get your stand mixer make sure it has a huge wattage. That way you can do thick stuff in it or a double batch of cookies easily. I started with the 325 or 350 and after alot of use it’s giving me fits so I moved up to 500 watts. So much better!

I made the first one with the tortellini and chicken. I followed the recipe but used evaporated milk. My husband just got diagnosed with high LDL so I'm trying to scale down on the cholesterol. VERY GOOD!
