I have a question, id like your opinion. If I have never been athletic, never cheered in school, and I'm 25 now, do you think if i trained myself with stretches, routines,etc.. do you think itd be possible for me to be a cheerleader at a university or adult team? Or do you think someone has to start early to really succeed? Thank you!

Hi Cherry! Yes of course, as long as there are adult / senior open teams in your area! Find out what's available around you and what skills are required to join the team - then I would see if you can work your way up to the skills! But with enough conditioning and training you should be able to work your way up to basic skills for sure and progress from there :-)

I'm going to be in the cheerleading team as well and dont have much experience. But it is a good start. I believe as long as you work towards your goals it is not too late
