The evolution is clear, and of all the singers I have seen in all competitions, this is one of the clearest ones that we see this evolution in singing and in the attitude of standing on the stage. In the first presentation she was shaking, and in the others that followed, the confidence that she learned to have in her is notorious. This was the greatest learning experience. Initially when I learned that Jessie was a coach, I rolled my eyes. However, she's the ONLY coach that ever gives the most honest and constructive criticism. She actually gives live spontaneous examples and genuine singing technique tips for contestants to digest and practice, regardless of their success on the show and that's what is needed from all coaches.
