Jessie is one of the most talented female vocalists in the world, with her vocal gymnastics, musicality, high range etc and she will never be accepted by the mainstream music industry because she will not allow herself to become a puppet and brainwashed into being like the rest of the shit, brainwashed, mediocre artists in the charts today. Jessie, stay true to who you are. We all love you. xx

How the hell is possible that people don't see how amazing she is. I just don't get it. The passion when she sing is unbelievable. Her texts mean something, it's not just about the fights and sex and bullshit like that. Why don't people hear it? They rather listen to crap like Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears or freaking Justin Bieber. She let her backup singers sing for god's sake. I never saw any artist who did this, except James Arthur. This literally just touched my heart and make me love her even more. Just amazing.

I stare at my reflection in the mirror Why am I doing this to myself? Losing my mind on a tiny error, I nearly left the real me on the shelf No, no, no, no Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars Seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing, It's okay not to be okay Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart Tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising, Just be true to who you are Brushing my hair, do I look perfect? I forgot what to do to fit the mold, yeah The more I try the less it's working, yeah, 'Cause everything inside me screams, no, no, no, no, yeah Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars Seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing It's okay not to be okay Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart But tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising There's nothing wrong with who you are Yes, no's, egos, fake shows Like woo, just go, and leave me alone Real talk, real life, good love, goodnight With a smile , that's my own That's my own, no, no, no, no, no Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars Seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing It's okay not to be okay Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart Tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising Just be true to who you are, yeah, yeah, yeah

Jessie J is probably the kindest and truest people I‘ve ever seen in my life.It gives me trills evertime i watch this live performance. Why this inspiring and touching performance still received so many dislikes? She was showing her whole heart in this live show while so many haters ripped her true heart.

Hands down the most beautiful performance I've ever seen from her. Including the one from London. Most people these days just don't ever appreciate music like this, bc they just care so much about the other things in life with no meaning. Dislikes may not mean so much to her, but seeing 100 people disliking such an emotional, moving song just really pisses me off, knowing that people honestly don't have the heart to enjoy what we really need in this world. Not this weed bs that rappers these days talk about. If you can't sit down, & enjoy something like this; then you maybe need to go to church, & seek a reality check. Doesn't matter if you're a girl, or boy. Boys can still enjoy songs like this, & feel great about themselves. & it has for me. Which is why I will always appreciate her no matter what. It's definitely not about what she looks like. It's about what the song speaks about. Focus only the important things in life. Not seeing people just by what they wear. Bc if you're the person that judges someone by their cover, then you obviously have no respect for any human being.

All right less going to church, that doesn't help many people who go there to just be insulted and told that they are going to hell, if you know what I mean.

Some of us just don’t identify with the dark place or some cheesy song that caters to a limited audience. And if you think about what the song says it’s creepy. Think Dahmer or some other person that’s done bad things and hearing this. That dude and dudes who do such things are in a dark place. “Be who you are” would apply to them? Or do you or individuals who identify with the fuzzy warm feeling of this song then get to draw the line for others? In my opinion is a song just like any other. The topic, as honest as it may be, has to be something that sells. Usually love and sex. Unfortunately, many people these days for whatever reason are looking for likes and acceptance from others over their own true worth. So depression becomes a selling topic now. Somehow seeking validation from strangers which is what this song offers. If someone doesn’t see you for who you are, move on. If despicable humans like Dahmer can have others on his court regardless, then I’m sure the rest of us can definitely surround ourselves with true friendships and inner circle. A song just doesn’t do that. It’s superfluous.

Idc what the numbers are, how many views, If her song was on the #1 chart, I love her and appreciate all the effort/emotions she puts into her music. From one music lover to another. Thanks Jessie! From the first video you’ve ever posted to now, thanks!

I remember 14 year old insecure me watching Jessie J's video of her singing this song in the subway station all those years ago and just sitting there. Still. Quiet. Eyes watery. I hadnt resonated so much with a song. That insecure 14 y/o who forever got bullied at school & tried so hard to "fit in" is now a secure 20 something y/o successful business woman who has realized I was made to stand out. The whole song is amazing but "It's Ok not to be ok" & "Dont lose who you are" are my 2 fav lines! Love u Jessie J!!
