Jessie you should go hiking with a friend and go back down to the cave with the stacked rocks in the opening. You probably will find something worth the trip down there ie: artifacts, money or a burial ground. My. Est friend and I found a burial ground and pottery and a lot of Aero heads in a cave when we were in our teens. It was so cool. Let me know if you will consider it because I want to see that video for sure.

Unless they’ve made some improvements these things aren’t exactly quiet. If she’s going somewhere she shouldn’t and it’s in the evening (or early morning) she’ll most likely hear the buzzing sound they make. She will then probably see it and if she doesn’t suspect you at first she could easily report it to the police. If the drone is linked back to you she’s going to want some answers. Has she conducted herself in an untrustworthy manner? Is she telling you things you discovered are lies? If you can’t answer those questions definitively but you still have concerns maybe you could approach her with an alternative. Like Apple AirTags. Tell her you’re concerned about her being out until whatever time she is allowed. Try and work with her on some ideas to ease your mind. Don’t let your concerns devolve into something that will make her think you don’t trust her. Once that happens you have opened the door to a little demon I call contrariness. That little rascal has a habit of saying She thinks I’m doing something I’m not supposed to. Might as well do it and really give her something to worry about. As far as the AirTags, probably not a good idea either unless she knows about them and agrees. They could easily raise suspicions as well. You want to keep your relationship open and trusting so when something comes up she knows she’ll be able to come to you. It would be easier if she was little. You are walking a tightrope with teens!

Yes, very enjoyable! I grew up in Las Vegas and was a Boy Scout in my youth in a troop run by some ranchers and real cowboys, so we went and camped all over the place, and that instilled a love for adventure. In my young adult years I went with a few friends to many spots to camp, some in national parks and most in remote areas! Watching your video gave me a bit of happy nostalgia. I just turned 70 but if I was 20/30 years younger I'd give a go at this Drone exploring thing!!!!! Keep 'em coming. Thanks!

Aridzona may have 7 million people, but five million of them live in Phoenix (and fortunately seldom venture out). That leaves a lot of land to explore. Your drone met an Ocotillo. You should invest in some snake gaiters for hiking. As of this writing, it has been a year since we've had any significant rainfall. Two dry summers in between a very tepid winter.

I’ve always had a secret desire to walk and explore the desert like this. I just want to say, what beautiful footage and thank you for minimal talking and not yelling like so many other KZbinrs. And I love the soundtrack! Well done! I can’t help but picture Indians living and breathing in these caves. I used to collect arrowheads and other cool artifacts. Some of my fondest memories are just being outside, smelling the air and feeling the breeze and suddenly looking down to see some flint that glimmers just a bit different than anything around it. Have always loved the drive on the Apache Trail along with the off-road drive that used to be between Cave Creek and New River but I see from newer maps it is all built up and the old trail is no longer there. At timestamp 14:13 is a fantastic view of ""Weavers Needle"" way out in the distance. Growing up living on the south western area of Superstition mountains I recognize quite a lot of familiar landmarks up in that region. The winding road you showed at the beginning of your video reminded me of a old dirt road my mom called ""Oak Creek Canyon rd."". I've seen some pretty old ruins not very decomposed by time around the south eastern area tucked way back in the canyon up on a cliff side. Hi Jessie, to land the drone on your hand hold your hand still about your chest height press down and it will land and then cut the motors within a few seconds. This should stop you getting your fingers cut trying to catch and flip it. Hope this helps. I am watching from Australia, great videos.

Excellent footage ! Have you come across some unique Petroglyphs on canyon walls near where the early natives resided ? I find things like that intriguing.

How long can your drone fly before it stops? Do you carry extra batteries? How long to recharge?
@jessiesdroneadventures7464
@jessiesdroneadventures7464 2 күн бұрын
Excellent question! It depends on which battery I'm using, one battery I have gets me 34 minutes of flight time and the plus battery gets me 45 minutes of flight time, and I have a total of 12 batteries for this drone, and 4 portable power banks to keep them charged while I'm on the road

I have lived in AZ since the early 60s when my parents moved here. I was 10ish. You drove past a side road we, three guys and I, took in the early 80s to pack into the wilderness area and hunt deer. I got a buck after a few days camping. Those days are gone.
