FYI--that is NOT plastic. Redken wouldn't want you tainting the product calling the outer polymer casing "plastic." it is readily and inherently biodegradable. depending on the brand/product, the dissolution is incredibly quick and saves stylists from respiratory ailments. important value proposition elements to highlight if you're doing a paid review.

How did you get the ratio of bleach to developer right by just dumping some in like that? I'm asking because I used a pod last night and followed the directions for 1:2 but the bleach was very intense and dried much quicker on the hair than I expected. *That before and after is really interesting. It looks to me like the level and shade are about the same, just a whole lot more and longer hair. 🤔 S/o to Redken shades in 9-10P. It's a beautiful toner! I use that, and add in the V, T, and sometimes B, diluted with at least 1/2 clear.

Can you please try Lanza decolorizer bleach. So I use blonde me and I absolutely love it but for highlights I use Lanza because it doesn’t swell but it lifts amazing just like blondme does.

I love Wella’s blondor and now it does have a bonder !!! I get great lift and doesn’t swell love this for highlights and foilayage. I also love blonde me I tend to use that one more on resistant coarse really dark hair but blondor gives really great lift but sometimes you just need that extra punch. I would love a video comparing lighteners I’m always down to try something new and see what else is out there. I recently switched color lines I used to be straight Redken. But now I have been using goldwell , Schwarzkopf, kenra and some Joico. Thank you for being amazing and I loved the video where you shared what color lines you used it was so helpful ! I was brave and thought ifJessi is using it has to be the best. Love your videos I’ve been watching you since the beginning you definitely helped me grow as stylist 💕

Blonde Me and Kenra Simply Blonde Blue Powder are my favorites for everything and Wella Blondor or Schw Blonde Me are my favorites for foilayage.

I have always wanted to try Redken Flash Lift but would probably never use the pods because I like to accurately get as little or as much lightener as I need for each bowl.

wella blondor for slower gentle lift, still gets the hair super blond (look at daisy _goord on insta) and all she uses is blondor. I like to use it if I ever double process and don't want it processing too quick or i use it on the under half of a full foil. My #1 lightener though to get it super blonde and always icy is schwarkopf vario blond

Oligo black light and goldwell lighteners . You should also try the oligo calura gloss ❤️ So good and doesn’t have the strong smell like the redken shades does.

I love Alfa parf Milano highlight 9! It already had a bonder in it. Downside is it swells a lot in the bowl but I like to add some clay lightener in it and it calms it down but still gives the power that I need

I sooo believe that if a fellow stylist isn't "on your level", they should not tackle the front with you. The results end up being inconsistent. Maybe do the front if they're doing it alone, because of course they have to learn. It's the same with braiding. When African women tag team on one head, one will do the entire front perimeter, sometimes the whole perimeter, and the other assistants will tackle the middle. It's the best way for visual consistency. Sometimes, another stylist can be great, but your work just doesn't mirror theirs, and that should definitely be considered when you have paying clients.

@@justjessiiii to be frank--I'm not sure what your level of stylist actually is considering the lack of professionalism and knowledge about the product you're casually reviewing for money...you barely sold the value drivers and the pros/cons (better for the body since you're not inhaling bleach like many stylists in 40-50s w respiratory conditions) and cons like the dissolution issues. I was able to try this product in January before the commercial product came out and as a stylist with trusted clients I actually did my research. putting a whole new chemical and polymer into the hair but its "like....um like the detergent pods... I don't know haha !" honestly disappointed.

outside of COVID (in a perfect world), all stylists using bleach should be wearing masks. Tracey Cunningham wears a full on ventilator given how damaging the billowing dust is to your health. that's the main selling point of this product (influencer/paid review account) did not hit on that. keep your lungs safe from billowing bleach & covid
