I got into depression and started taking meds and lost so much interest in playing guitar because of my psych meds. I have a lot of brain fog and I’m becoming more and more forgetful. My dad passed away and then I broke up with my ex and then my dog died and then a bunch of family members passed away. I used to have electric guitars and all I have is an acoustic guitar that my uncle let me borrow. I tried going off the meds but it just went horrible I started having withdrawals and my psychiatrist told me I’m not ready to be off them. I don’t know what to do I feel like I lost my passion. I don’t even know why I’m writing this

I have the same fight every day. I try to belive when i hear "it will be better with time", "you are not alone" ... i really really try to belive it... you should too. It feels useless... and i dont feel any change... but i try. Dont give up mate, sooner or later, but the colours will come back, you will taste again the food and there is better feelings than this shit... it must be... right?
