In 1990, my dearest dad went to be with the lord, he had just found Christ the year before and was excited to let the world know.. I guess he knew his time was up, because he went all out. My cousin brought a tape over and this was one of the songs that was on it, it has been my sober Christ- is - real - come - to -him - songs. I and my siblings are really blessed by this song and God has been extremely faithful to us in 33 years.. To God alone be all the glory!!

Getting to hear this song again 32 years after. This song is so powerful. Remembering the early years of my salvation, like a Yr or so into the new life.. I will never forget the experience I had in the office today. While listening to Pastor Creflo Dollar preach "Deeper Dimensions to Praying in the Spirit" with specific reference to groaning in the spirit I felt moved to search for a song relating to the presence of God being with us. I typed "Son of God is here right now song" into my computer's KZbin search and this song came up as one of the options. I had always been praying in the Holy Ghost with a deep desire to groan in the spirit. As soon as I clicked play and the song started playing I burst into tears - what an evidence of God's presence in my life. I couldn't stop crying and praying in the Holy Ghost. I thank God I share my office with no one but with Him so I really enjoyed the experience and thankfully no one interrupted me until I was done. I am sharing this to let everyone know God is real and He still has everyone of us in mind. Thank you Candi Staton for allowing God to use you to sing such a spirit-filled song.

While this world is changing-we are seeing things degenerate day by day-His Word has never changed. He When you believe and trust Him your very life will attest to the fact that JESUS IS HERE RIGHT NOW. I know it doesn’t feel like it…. I know it doesn’t look like it, but God is not a man that He should lie. His word has never, will never and cannot ever change.
