As a Wa resident South of Seattle, don't bag on the homeless, bag on the Seattle people who continuously vote to keep the "people without shelter" complex running... what a waste oh to the OP... I'm sure homeless know how to wash clothes, even in a river nearby. I'm also sure the metric F ton of free socks and donated clothing in landfills are an environmental hazzard, yet here we are and I WILL continue to bag on the folks without a roof that can't warsh the britches
