I keep coming back to this song over the years, I think this one is some of Gav's best lyrical work.

It really is a shame that Gavin isn't more famous than he is. He churns out so many songs and content, and (at least to me), the majority of them are hits, even if it's not initially, it would be on a second or repeated listen. Or maybe it's just that his general style meshes well with my tastes, even if he deviates to different genres (which I think is great and adds tons of variety).

This is good. If you are very famous - you have to fit your creativity in standards to please everyone. And Gavin has his not too big, but faithful group of fans, so he can proceed in his own and unique style, get and give good emotions.

miracleofsound Am I right in saying you've changed some Lyrics and other bits in the song? When I listened to this a while ago on Sound Cloud, the chorus ended with "Pull off the Jet Black Dress", not "Lovin' the Jet Black Dress". And I'm sure another line was "My hands are shakin' and my head's a mess"? I don't know if I'm right or not, but something feels different about it. Good different, by the way.
