Great video! So is there no rev limiter in this design?

There is, I kind of brushed over that, my apologies. There are dip switches on the back of the unit to set timing curve, and rev limit. I set timing retard to start at 5000 RPM, pulling 3 degrees per thousand after that, and the rev limit I set at 8000rpm.

So, without a charging system, as the battery is discharged, how does that affect ignition system?

It holds a strong spark, all the way down to 12 volts. It will usually last 2 tanks of fuel before it gets there though. Without the drag of the magnets used in the charging system though, it hits way harder (and decelerates more abruptly too)!

What’s the difference between 650 and 750 Kawa enhancer? Can I use 750 for my 650? Can’t find much information about that

650 has analog ignition, (old school) 750 has digital ignition, completely different technologies. Nothing is interchangeable on those. You can put a complete 750 ignition/flywheel swap on the 650. We will be doing that at some point.

It doesn't charge. It will run through (about) 2 tanks of fuel, and then need to be charged on the charger.
