I had the pleasure of riding in the X70 Plus a couple of weeks ago (don't ask what I do for a living), and man.............this is absolutely best value for money! Of the current Chinese brands in the country, this one is the cherry on top!

Very well priced for all you get. You can get a top spec 7 seater for the price of a top spec Corolla Cross and T Cross which are much much smaller cars. This is amazing. I think this will sell it for them especially families looking for a feature filled and luxurious feeling 7 seater. Most 7 seaters are north of R600k and there is really nothing from anyone else at this level for this price. The Citroen C3 Aircross is there but it feels much cheaper than these and Citroen isn't really known for great after sales service and their 1.2t can be problematic. On the Jetour, I spot the Mercedes steering wheel, interior door handles and column stalks. Nice. The Chinese are offering a 7 seater with great safety features for a family and no doubt it will also get 5 star in the crash tests like the Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8. Well done Jetour. Exciting times.

I have just gone to check out the Jetour range in Centurion and i was impressed with the build quality. I drive a Chery myself and its a definite winner. The engine might be underpowered for the X70+ looking at the size which it is big but it should be adequate. If VW can get away with a 1.4T in the allspace, it will be fine as well.

As you said, the X70's tail light bar is similar to that of Audi Q7. But also, the head lamps are copied from Jaguar and the multi functional steering wheel buttons look similar the the Mercedes. Great products thought, one of the best in the market in terms of value for money. Just imagine this pricing similar or even less than the Kia Sonet 👌🏾 Chinese are dominating the market

Okay, sharp, they are good-looking, and the price as well, mara the Jaecoo J7 and the Omoda C9, they both stand out, yeeerrr fire cars those one, so i always imagine myself having money and arguing which one i would get between the two😹😭😎
