Couple of scenes were half a stop underexposed depending solely on natural light but not noticeable to the untrained eye. Loved the day to night transition scene and fireworks footage. The owner was spot on by moving the boiler and wall blocking the neighbor and adding the additional sink. This 52nd floor unit's interior, view and surrounding prestige will be sold very quickly. Best value so far. Keep it coming!

wow those views made my hairs stand up, please feature more rare unique gems like this! If only BKK had better air quality I would love to live there in a heartbeat, I am afraid it will take longer to transition all those bikes and cars into EV or hybrids at least to clean it up, hope the government can push it forward with incentives. That underlying empathize at 6:05 was hilarious thanks for the video as always!
