The problem isnt his accuracy tbh the game has alot of sway and the deadzone is wierd. This style of gameplay requires you to shoot slowly, carefully placing ur shots and moving. Hes playing like its god of war

29:05 I know it's probably irrelevant now but for those who don't know, those are Stalkers they're the second phase of infected and they see and move like runners with the agresivity of a clicker, i personally am affraid of these more than the rat king in part 2😭 Anyway they love to hide from the victim and stalk to you carefully and if they're close enough they get very agressive and go straight at you. They also hide from the light for some reason so the only place you can meet them is in a really really dark enviroment.

And other things, So yes, They're still inside, It's just that the infection which is a fungi, Took control over their bodies. When they reach the final stage which is a Bloater then that's when the fungi finally fully takes over the brain and the people inside are dead.

Leave your flashlight off when you're going up against hunters and bandits. That's part of the reason why you're struggling. They won't see you as quickly if it's off and you'll have more time to pick your shots. You got this.

There’s a movie called Son of Saul about a Jewish man who’s forced to work for the Nazi’s in Auschwitz. For almost the entire movie the camera is super close to Saul and the background is out of focus, and I think it was to portray a similar thing. Saul is blocking out the horror around him and focusing on himself to survive. Joel has hardened himself to the world because attachments are a liability, but as time goes on he realizes shutting himself off from other people isn’t any way to live. The game makes us FEEL that shift happen over time with Joel opening up to Ellie more, talking about his past and joking around. It’s fucking great.

Bro two things that you NEED to know: 1. USE THE BRICKS AS MELEE WEAPONS AGAINST THE CLICKERS. You can sneak up and whack them three times really fast and they’re done. That way you don’t have to waste a shive and you can save the shivs for locked rooms. 2. If you have an upgraded weapon USE IT. I’m not saying use it on anything, but if there’s a clicker or something don’t waste ammo and then swing. Upgraded weapons are an INSTAKILL. 3. Not super important but useful. If you don’t have the code for a safe you can actually HEAR the safe click differently when you hit the right number. When I was playing the remake I didn’t look for any of the combinations just so I could crack them myself.

Jettro, once you get to TLOU Part II, you HAVE to play on hard mode. The main difference is that there’s less ammo and supplies in the world and whenever you encounter enemies you have to strategise more and make every shot count. The combat feels reeeally rewarding and is extremely fun. There’s also a bunch of new mechanics which only enhance the gameplay.
