Join Dr. Marc Brackett in the inaugural episode of Dealing With Feelings, with special guest Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, NY Times best seller, and mental health pioneer Jewel! 🎤🌟
🎙️ Episode Highlights:
In this episode, Dr. Marc and Jewel explore overcoming anxiety and embracing emotional impermanence. Moreover, Jewel brings a profound reflection on the nature of change and the beauty of embracing our emotions with openness and compassion.
This episode is more than a conversation; it's an invitation for all of us to reassess the emotional vocabularies we've inherited and encourage us to adopt new ways of expressing and understanding our emotions.

I was moved by what Jewel said. : Every human is creative. and it is our creativity thinking of worst scenario that is creative work. it is not a true movie, but it is playing a movie creating narrative. We can step back from attached. then we can change the direction. Thank you Jewel!

Thank you Marc for sharing this brilliant conversation. Being older than you guys at 65 and feeling like I am in a bit of a shitty place today, this video pulled me up by my boot straps. I have to say I have not heard of Jewel before but how I wish I had!!! What a smart, articulate and clever, clever, lady, with so much bravery, common sense and knowledge that we can instantly relate to and use. She is such a mentor in just one video for me. But I love how she said we should observe. If we just listen to her we can all learn so much. This was an excellent discussion and I learned SO much that I have saved this to play again, subscribed and will share and take more notes when I watch again. Fantastic!!! Hopefully she will know how much she has helped me today. Thank you again. Sally xx
