As much as I've found astrology fascinating, stiill there's so much fixation when it comes to synastry. Challenging aspects don't always end up with resentment, power struggles or break ups. It's not necessarily my case. I had Sun opposite Pluto, Venus opposite Pluto, and Mars conjunct Pluto (aka all red flags) with a very special person. He was a father figure and my spiritual teacher all the way until his death. That was the deepest, most profound, most meaningful and transformative connection I've ever had. No resentments or anything like this.

@@lifedeathenergypeace222 yes, absolutely. Traditionally in Vedic astrology or when casting a Horary chart, the outer planets are not in the picture at all. Even many western modern astrologers they do not include the outer planets, and if so only with exact 0-1 degrees orb for an extra layer but never the base reading.

You two could’ve had great Venus/Moon/Mercury aspects also. It’s a fortunate position in my opinion to have a Pluto person in life who is insightful. Maybe bc my Venus is conjunct Pluto in Scorpio 😅 but those insecure ones can go to hell 😭

Even with hardest aspects, the energy can be transmuted and transformed. The degrees, the phases (similar to phases of the Moon) and both' individuals natal, their synastry and composite charts play a big role on how the energies of Pluto is manifested. It's never 'black or white', even with hardest aspects.

My in Sag is Pluto is opposite my best friends sun (less than 2 orb) her Venus in Gemini is exactly opposite my Venus and Mars, her Mars in Virgo is square my Venus and Mars. Our moons (mine Leo hers Aquarius) and our Mercuries (Scorpio and Taurus) are opposite. We have the same Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto. Her personality is very sweet and soft to the point I felt the need to protect her and teach her how to be strong, but through the years I realized her softness was her strength and I’ve made a point of backing off my opinions of what I think she should do especially in relationships where I’m more outspoken and she’s more traditional. I think we’ve both learned a lot from each other and we’re both able encourage each other to be our best selves and see new perspectives. I have this synastry with everyone in my generation, theire scorpio pluto opposite my sun. As I have this aspect in my natal chart I believe I'm not as affected by others plutos aspecting my sun, as I have lived with this aspect my whole life. I believe those who does not have their sun aspecting theire pluto natally, feel more affected when I come along with my sun shining on their pluto. Atleast that has been my experience so far. But its hard to know if its due to the generational pluto synastry or due to my plutonian personality (or both).

@@gianinapapetti9803 Yes transformations indeed! And yes unawareness whith the effect on other I agree. Though every now and then there will be people that triggers your sun with their pluto very harshly! You probably have not encountered that person yet but when you do you will probably feel it! I have met 1 or 2 that has low plutonian energy themselves, but they triggered my sun-pluto a lot (because that can happen, people "triggering" something you have in your chart, ike your pluto-sun) when they themselves did not seem to be as triggered. But I can't be sure as I did not ask them openly.

Yes, exactly. I had my sun squaring a pluto's man in my 7th house, close degree. I never trusted him. He was always nice, gentle, we talked with each other 2 years online, but i always felt in some way that he was trying to have power over me like a subtle energetic vampire, trying slowly to change me, make me think like him, and invade all part of my life sometimes i felt drained even a distance, talking with him. I think he did magic on me or psychic attacks, very weird feeling, cause he was in all these stuff (meditation and psychic things) i felt something like: * red flag red flag * for 2 years, even if he was adorable, so i never met him in real because of that and i ended our " online friendship " because of my lack of trust in him. In an opposition in synastry if one person's planet is in retrograde, will the impact magnify or be more subdued? I think understanding how retrogrades work in synastry will be powerful series to explore. It is absolutely vacant on the net.

Ugh, all of this, yes. The person I had this contact with was a friend for three years and the relating was very fast and heavy initially. It didn't help that her Mercury was conjunct my Pluto. I think her tight Mars/Venus conjunction which was square to her Saturn also brought out difficulties in the Sun/Pluto square synastry. It took me a while to recover but I absolutely cannot say that I wasn't forevor changed by that encounter.

I disagree. I’ve been Pluto in two relationships. One with a close friend (sun square Pluto) and another with a guy I had a secret affair with (sun opp Pluto). While I was involved with them, they always made weird rude remarks to me, if I had a different opinion than them they got super defensive, if I ever exerted strong boundaries they reacted in irrational ways. If anything, me being the Pluto person seemed to bring out their own Plutonian qualities even if they didn’t have that kind of energy in their own chart. Not to mention, at some point they both were extremely possessive and suspicious of me while also latching onto me like an energy vampire.. Even if it was for a short while. And although there were strong moments of intimacy shared, it was followed with repulsion. Like there was only so much they could over share cause their ego and who they identified as was uncomfortable with that sort of vulnerability so they would back away.. but that happened mainly with the opposition because he had some taurus in his chart and Taurus don’t care to get deep. They’re pretty superficial and all about the money and practical matters. Eventually both of them ghosted me. Very abruptly and out of the blue. I’m still confused and I have a feeling they see me as the villain in their story which I just gotta accept. I get this feeling that I transformed them in some way but not too sure how significant it was to them. These aspects remind my Scorpio self what it’s truly like to just accept life as it comes and go with it. Pluto wants surrender after all.

You have to take into consideration that her video only speaks about one specific aspect. You have to see how this aspect plays in the entirety of your combined chart. 1. Which planet holds the lowest degree 2. Are they both in the same sign? 3. Which sign is fixed. 4. What house are they at Maybe you know this after a yr so idk!

Taurus are NOT superficial. We’re actually very spiritual but guarded. Then agin you can’t generalise all Taurus because everyone chart is different. I’m a very Plutonian person so there’s absolutely nothing superficial. I had this aspect with a Scorpio but it’s hard to tell because we also had Mars conjunct pluto and other aspects exact orb. I delved deep and always embrace my platonic energy people often misplace me as a Scorpio but hell no. I’m already constantly living in consistent death and rebirth since a child. Scorpio I can tell can be really off mentally. he loved the energy but wanted complete control and that’s where things get messy (you can’t control Munipulate me) I have Venus in conjunct pluto, moon opposite pluto, mars pluto square transit, 8th house moon ect and trust me even my sexuality gets criticised by those around me so sometimes feel stifled and restricted but I still do me. 😅

What I will say is, after countless pluto relations/interactions and growing up with my dad Scorpio and mom scorpio dominant. There’s 2 different types of pluto people. The one’s who delve deep, embrace and emerge in this energy and grow with it. I’m this kind… I absolutely loveee to do this (if it’s safe) safety is very important. Then there is the ones living in their ego and with ego comes power play, insecurities, mind games, control issues, manipulation fear of vulnerability and losing control, hot and cold, pain ect. I have this placement natally, and the person / persons (lol) I have in mind are my same age.. born in 1986, with Pluto hardly advancing at all that year due to slow movement, retrogrades, etc. One of them is Aquarius sun as I am, Pluto Scorpio. His birthday is not even 2 weeks after mine, so very similar chart... The other is a Sagittarius sun, still with Pluto Scorpio. His Venus is also Scorpio. My Venus is Aquarius. Funnily, my Mars is Scorpio and his is Aquarius. Tons of hard aspects, yet we had always been close. The suns sextiling and our opposing ascendants I think balance it all out. Although we have a strong physical attraction and have been friends since 2002, it seems he's too busy for me since 2019. I still have a birthday present for him from 2019, and he knows that. Kinda lame. TMI but I keep having sexual dreams too... i just feel we have "unfinished business" 😅So why are Sagittarius, Gemini and mutable energies sooo hard to pin down?! something I’ve noticed as the sun person is that when the person has a lot of trines/sextiles to their natal pluto there is less negativity from this aspect. for example, the people I have negative experiences with (that have sag in pluto opposite my gemini sun) don’t have a lot of fire or air that would make them more comfortable with their pluto. but my close friend has a lot of leo, libra and aquarius energy and she’s very comfortable with her unconscious state (pluto), and thus wouldn’t feel the need to act in the negative ways that could come from this. and i don’t have to resist in a negative way either.

Fire can be possessive and controling, but also too energetic and dynamic to have patience to psych someone out consistently. So their Pluto would never get to be the way it would in those with a lot of water or even, to a waaay lesser degree, earth.

@anapantovic6859 you know what that makes more sense actually! i have mostly earth influence, i have a taurus stellium but I am gemini sun, so I was speaking on terms of the sagittarius pluto that I have the opposition/quincunx with natally and through synastry with a lot of people. i do realize i had negative encounters mainly with people that have water placements along with sagittarius pluto. also, when it’s cancer or scorpio it creates 8th house/12th house synastry on top of it. i thought the friction of water/earth placements to sagittarius is why this difficult aspect shines so much in my life. very interesting!

But I always go from the basics, what element/sign one's personal planets are and how (in)compatible they are with the same planets of the others (Sun to Sun, Moon to Moon...). Then you have the interrelations between different planets. And of course aspects/house placements. But this gives you the fundamental compatibility...You have a lot of earth, it IS compatible with water, but you ARE the air and in your mind, consciously air and fire are what you easily accept. Now, if your Moon is earth, then earth Moon is going to sit right with you... And with each planet you check like that. And if there is a great deal of planetary agreement, then the Pluto aspect is not gonna feel as bad as it would with someone who is too different from you and irritates you with or without Pluto. Generelly, for all the planets and Ascendant (except the Moon) you go: Air + Air ✓ Earth + Earth ✓ Air + Fire ✓ Earth + Water ✓ Fire + Fire ✓ Water + Water ✓ Meaning, either through being alike or through being complementary, they get along. Moon is trickier, it asks for the same element (element, not necessarily the sign!). You'll find out how these basic comparisons actually cover so much of your actual relations with everyone. 🙃 Then the signs, with their distinct qualities, get into play and might actually bring some twists...For instance my earth Capricorn Moon should be able to tolerate Scorp Moon as water better than the fire Moon. Nope, Scorp Moon is too much for my Cap Moon (might not be for the Taurus or Virgo Moon), whereas, due to my many air and fire placements, Aries Moon is amusing to me and Lio Moon adorably warm. Generational planets work differently, they bring events in your life, and you feel others' generational planets' aspects to your personal ones. But you don't quite feel you own (as to being comfortable with them), unless they are in the first house and thus incorporated in the personality or happen to be the ruler of the Ascendant. I mean, I'm not an astrologer, just discovered that this is how it works at the ground level. 🙃

Hey, so I just started nursing school and a fellow classmate and I have this aspect in synsatry. It's interesting, we all chose our own seats on the first day, me choosing to sit close to a wall because I don't like having to worry about what's going on around me on both sides. The girl (Pluto) chose to sit next to me, even though there were many other open seats available. I have a Pisces Sun and her Pluto is Sagittarius, the orb is less than one degree. She has been playing some major mind games. Like the first couple weeks of the program she was very much showing interest, practically giving it away. And now we are in the 3rd week of the program and she appears to have gone "cold". Not ignoring me, still saying "hello" and "goodbye" at the start and end of class, but nothing else in between. Mind you, she initiates all contact, I came into this program not wanting to get involved with anybody as I felt it would be a distraction from the curriculum, but this girl is making things very interesting. I have no intentions on being with her, but it's very hard to ignore what's been happening here. I almost feel as though she is trying to manipulate me into being the chaser now. Oh dear.. this aspect is close and personal to me because I am a 29 degree Leo sun which squares most of my generations late Scorpio Pluto and even early Sagittarius Pluto degrees so I am constantly having to deal with this tension especially in dating…. I have my sun square Pluto but in Virgo so it applies to everyone in my generation before yours. My pluto is in my 7th house. 🙄 I did manage to have a 22 year marriage but definitely felt dominated. I’m currently in another sun-square pluto relationship and he’s the same way! OmG's louise! I'm finding that my sun opposes my opposites pluto along w/ my pluto opposing his moon. So not only an emotionally abused relationship but also this triggering my sense of self being forever altered! Which is ok, i expected that.. but.. No wonder I can't win! Well good riddance. I feel intimidated for every ounce of resources I RECIEVE for my labors...like in a pushy but passive way with a bratty "thaaaanks" and a smile skipping away with an incredible amount of my food, or any resource I need including my boyfriend's time, attention, respect....aka the brother
