Samaki are good rod for the price mate , been enjoying my millerod 3-6kg 3000 size reel 300 meter 8lb braid so didn’t get spool on big fish

Loved the fight, your patience and display of skill! Don't feel guilty about the jew. Their survival rate after release is not as good as many think and they eat well. I keep my one fish limit when I score one off the rocks drummer fishing and they always eat well - I eat the whole lot (except the intestines) as my wife is Asian and we use the head and off cuts for soup. The wings are a favourite of mine too.

I reaally loved this vid dude. I think it is by far your best one yet. Looking forward to watching you fish in 2023. I have only ever caught one legal jew off south wall. Plenty of 50s at prospect bridge but will have to try thi spot at west bal, my brother lives around the corner. I mostly fish for flatty off the beach at angels but 2023 is going to be the year for me to chase these beautiful fish. Whats your favourite part of the tide for chasing them?
