How much can a human being take.. how horrible one human being can be to another and especially a child ! I’m crying for him and the ones that didn’t survive.. how can anyone hate another race or religion so much as to commit these horrible crimes .. I’m glad I don’t understand but at the same time the 11 killed only 2 days ago just shows how vulnerable we all are to hate ! Human beings can be so kind and compassionate and yet we have those that only destroy everyone and everything that they can.. God Bless you and your family .. As a Christian I want you to know my Jesus would not have a hair on your head or your peoples head harmed ! He taught us love thy neighbor as we love ourselves !! Thank you for sharing as I know it breaks your heart and hurts you all over again .. love to you and your family!

Oh my I just want to give him a hug!!! I’m glad he was happily married after so much tragedy. I will never understand how people could be so cruel to a helpless child. God bless him. ❤️

Jack and family, I honor you, one of the most painful testimonials that I have seen. My heart breaks at your early years, yet rejoices to see where you ended up, alive and with a beautiful family. Many blessings to you all and thank you for sharing your memories.

@@faithdavis4453 I have listened to MANY and I also find this story to be very sad. They didn't all have to be dragged to a camp to suffer-especially a child.

What a touching story about his young boy years. He finally got a mother and a home and then the Germans came and his 'savior' abused him and his uncle and brother were loveless. Nothing but misfortunes. Pure terror and very sad.

I have listened to many of these. I am always engrossed in the life history; in this case I was affected strongly. The saddest thing in this man's life is his son's death. I can't imagine ANY parent going through this kind of tragedy. The suffering he endured in Belgium was awful, and I thought: well he's alive, and the family saved his life even if they were abusive. The loss of his son makes my heart go out to all people who undergo this kind of tragedy.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said that our works are as filthy rags, & that at His coming many will retell all of their good works, thinking their spot is reserved with Him on account of those works. Jesus Messiah will say, "I never knew you..." I do not expect justice in this world, but a most righteous Lord & Savior will see justice is served eternally. That makes me shudder & should be humbling to all of us, who tend to do things to make ourselves look good, to display their "righteousness."
